Trace Adkins Tickets - Adkins Takes Part in Benefit Concert
Country is one genre of music that doesn't get too far from its roots. That was proven yet again when many of country's top stars showed up to take part in a charity concert called Music Builds: CMT Disaster Relief Concert. The concert took place on Thursday, May 12 and features ESPN's Erin Andrews, HLN's Robin Meade and comedian Ron White as hosts. Longtime country star Trace Adkins was a part of the event, performing "Rainy Night in Georgia." Other country stars who participated include Alan Jackson, Hank Williams Jr., Alabama, Ronnie Dunn, Sara Evans, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and Alabama.
Music Builds: CMT Disaster Relief Concert aired on CMT and was also simulcast on CMT.com. The proceeds from the event will go to the American Red Cross' relief efforts in the South.
